Employee fatigue is a “major safety hazard” for air, rail and marine transport in Canada, a new report from the Transportation Safety Board says. Fatigue was found to be a risk or contributing factor in more than 90 cases the TSB has investigated since 1992. TSB chair Kathy Fox is calling for changes to prevent fatigue in the industry.
