In this video, health and lifestyle coach AD shares two major problems in Indian cooking from his research. According to him, Indian foods are best in the world then why India is in top of the list of many diseases.

Do you know the new name of India - " Diabetes capital of the world". Focus on these two things before preparing or cooking your Food - breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Carbohydrate: Protein Ratio :- We, Indian, are eating too much carbohydrates than protein which spikes the blood sugar levels immidiately leads to Insulin resistance and type-2 diabetes. Focus on the quantity of rice, roti, sugar, bread, white potato in your diet.

Poor in Nutrients:- Due to over cooking , all the essential nutrients from vegetables and other stuffs burned. We are facing nutritional deficiency due to this. So, try to eat semi-cooked vegetables and food to take all the essential nutrients in them.
